If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it with the following conditions:

  • Return or exchange must be 30 days from date of sale
  • All returns, with the exception of incorrect shipments on our part, are subject to a 20% ($10 minimum) restocking fee
  • The handling fee (if applicable) cannot be refunded
  • All return shipping/freight charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns and exchanges must be in NEW condition, be able to be resold, and include all product manuals and accessories
  • Some products, such as but not limited to; Liners, pool covers, and certain pool cleaners cannot be returned once they have been installed or have been in the pool. If those items do not function properly please refer to the warranty section of this site
  • All returns must include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) # listed on the outside of the shipping container. Any returns without this number will be refused. You can request an RMA# by emailing us at returns@discountpoolshoppe.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for your return.

Please note: If for some reason we shipped the incorrect item, we will correct the error immediately at NO COST to you!
